This policy explains how we handle personal information under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Mediators: account email, professional profile details you choose to publish, credential evidence (private, for verification only), and billing identifiers held by our payment processor. Seekers: the name, email, and message you submit through a contact form — relayed privately to the mediator and never shown publicly.

Why we collect it

To operate the directory: publish listings you consent to, verify credentials, relay contact requests, process subscriptions, and produce aggregate, non-identifying usage analytics.

Retention

Published listing data is retained while your listing is active. On account deletion your listing is removed from public view immediately and your data is retained only as required for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes, then deleted.

Access & deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Mediators can delete their account from the dashboard; seekers can contact the operator.
